SBY Claims to Apply the 'Double Track Strategy' and Holds a Meeting with Prabowo

Lensa Aktual. Democratic Party Chairperson Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) and General Chairperson of the Gerindra Party and serial number 02 candidate Prabowo Subianto met for 3 hours 20 minutes at SBY's residence in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Friday.
After the meeting, SBY emphasized that his party applied the "Double Track Strategy".

"As asked by many media, the Democratic Party implemented a" Double Track Strategy ", namely winning the election of legislative candidates with a higher target than before and at the same time winning Prabowo-Sandiaga Uno to become president and vice president in the next five years," SBY explained.

SBY acknowledged that in the initial four months of this campaign the Democratic Party focused on achieving a higher vote for the Democratic Party in the 2019 legislative election.
SBY said that he would start campaigning for Prabowo-Sandiaga from January to April 2019.

"The ratio will change in January and finally we will focus on winning Prabowo-Sandi in March to April 17, 2019," said SBY.
"As a party leader I am sure I can achieve both, winning the Democrat Party as well as the Prabowo-Sandi," he concluded.

SBY asserted that the commitment obliterated all issues which said the Democratic Party did not seriously win the Prabowo-Sandi.
